About these terms
Dako, LLC provides One Little Thing (找点事 / 找點事). The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement it with permissions and rules for using our content and services; they do not replace it. The permission for sharing cards below applies to the output of the app's sharing feature. Personal sharing
To the extent we have the right to grant permission, you may save cards generated through the app's sharing feature, send them to friends, and post them on your personal social accounts for noncommercial use. Keep the card's original One Little Thing branding.
For commercial use, sale, or redistribution of artwork as an asset collection, contact us first to obtain the relevant permission. These restrictions do not limit rights you already have under applicable law or permissions granted by third-party or open-source licenses. Fonts are governed by their separately included licenses.
Everyday suggestions
The app offers ideas for small everyday activities for you to choose from. You may skip any suggestion or choose to rest. Consider your own circumstances and surroundings when deciding whether to try an activity, and take care of your own safety and that of others. Skip or stop any activity that is not suitable for you. We do not guarantee that every suggestion is suitable for everyone or every situation, and we do not promise any particular outcome. The content is not medical, psychological or other professional health advice.
Content and availability
We may add public stories and artwork, but do not promise a fixed publishing schedule. Bundled content and content saved on your device can be used offline while available in the app. Access depends on the app's operation, your device and the content retained there.
Records and privacy
Your version may offer optional iCloud record sync. It works only when configured for that version and you choose to enable it. Sync can be delayed or fail and is not a permanent backup. Deleting the app or turning sync off does not delete copies already in iCloud. Device backups and files you saved elsewhere are managed separately.

Changes and your rights
When these terms change, we will update the text and date and give appropriate notice of important changes. Where consent is required by law, we will ask for it. Changes will not retroactively withdraw permission for sharing that was lawful under the terms in effect at the time.
Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

内容与可用性
我们可能增加公开故事和画作，但不承诺固定发布频率。内置内容和已存到设备的内容，在 App 中仍可用时可以离线使用；能否访问取决于 App 的运行、设备和实际保留的内容。
记录与隐私
你的版本可能提供可选的 iCloud 记录同步，仅在该版本已配置且你主动开启后使用。同步可能延迟或失败，不是永久备份。删除 App 或关闭同步不会删除已有的 iCloud 副本。设备备份和另存的文件需分别管理。

变更与你的权利
